Principle
The safe explosion-proof dry grinding equipment is an innovative device which integrates the dry grinding and dynamic grading of the material by using the inert gas to grind the milling process. When the system is powered on, the inert gas will replace the air in the system continuously, until the whole system reaches the safe production standard. And then, automatically start the separation system, the grinder, the feeding system. The raw material will go into the grinding chamber of the grind host evenly, and the crushed products enter into the separation. The unqualified product enters from the grinding machine entrance to grind again. On the contrary the qualified product passes through the collector to enter the finished packing room. The inert gas returns to the separation system inlet to recycle.
