SF型浮選機于1985年研制成功。適用于分離有色金屬、黑色金屬、貴金屬、非金屬礦物和化工原料回收有用礦物。SF型浮選機采用了結(jié)構(gòu)新穎的前傾式槽體，雙葉片水輪，配有導(dǎo)流管和假底裝置，槽內(nèi)礦漿按固定的流動方式進行上、下雙循環(huán)，有利于粗粒礦物的懸浮，可自吸礦漿，不需要泡沫泵。
SF-flotation machine is made in 1985 successfully. It is applicable to
the separation of non-ferrous metal, ferrous metals, precious metals,
non-metallic minerals and recovery useful mineral from raw chemicals
materials. SF-flotation machine using a novel structure forward-slot and
dual-blade waterwheel, deploy honeycomb duct and false bottom devices.
The pulp in the slot bicirculated up and down at a fixed flow which is
in favor of coarse-grained mineral suspension, and can self feed the
pulp, and do not need foam pump.

BF型浮選機
BF FLOTATION MACHINE
BF型浮選機是SF型浮選機的改進型。其特點：1.葉輪由閉式雙截錐體組成，可產(chǎn)生強的礦漿下循環(huán)。2.吸氣量大、功耗低。3.每槽兼有吸氣、吸漿和浮選三重功能，自成浮選回路，不需任何輔助設(shè)備，水平配置，便于流和的變更。4.礦漿循環(huán)合理，能大限度的減少粗砂沉淀。5.設(shè)有礦漿液面自控和電控裝置，調(diào)節(jié)方便。
BF flotation machine is improved on the basis of SF flotation machine.
The features:1.The impeller consists of closed double section cones,
which can produce strong down-circulation.2.Big air inlet amount, low
energy conwumption.3.Eeah trough has the function of air suction, ore
pulp suction and flotation, it can make a flotation circuit itself, with
no auxiliary equipments. The horizontal configuration makes it easy to
change process.4.Rational ore pulp circulation reduces coarse sand
dediment.5.There are automatic and electric control devices of ore
pulplevel, which makes easy adjustment.

KYF（XCF）型充氣機械攪拌式浮選機
KYE (XCF) INFLATABLE MECHANICAL MIX TYPE FLOTATION MACHINE
KYF/XCF型浮選機采用“U”型槽體、空心軸充氣和懸掛定子，尤其是采用了一種新式順輪。這是一種葉片后傾一個角度的錐形軒輪，類似于高比轉(zhuǎn)速的離心泵輪，場送礦漿量大、壓頭小、功耗低且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單。在葉輪腔中還裝置了多孔圓筒形空氣分配器，使空氣能預(yù)先均勻地分散在葉輪葉片的大部分區(qū)域，提供了較大的礦漿空氣接觸界面。
在浮選機工作時，隨著葉輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)，槽內(nèi)礦漿從四周經(jīng)槽底由葉輪下端吸到葉輪葉片之間，同時由鼓風(fēng)機給入的低壓空氣經(jīng)空心軸和葉輪的空氣分配器也進入其中。礦漿與空氣在葉片之間充分混合后，從葉輪上半部周邊向斜上推出，由定子穩(wěn)流和定向后進入整個槽子中。氣泡上升到泡沫穩(wěn)定區(qū)，經(jīng)過富集過程，泡沫從溢流堰自流溢出，進入泡沫槽，還有一部分礦漿向葉輪下部流去，再經(jīng)葉輪攪拌，重新混合形成礦化氣泡，余的礦漿流向下一槽，直到終成為尾礦。
KYF/XCF type of flotation machine is formed by U trough solid, hollow
shaft inflation, suspension rotor and new type impeller. The cone
impeller lean backwards, the blending quantity is big and the pressure
head is small, the advantages area: simple structure and low energy
consumption. Inside the impeller, there is air distributor, which
distributes air into most parts of impeller evenly.
When flotation machine works, slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the
trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low-pressure air
send by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor in the
hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the
impeller, and then goes to the whole trough. When the froth rises to the
stable level, after the enrichment processing, froth overflows to the
froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows
to lower part of impeller for the re-mix with air. The remained slurry
flows to the next trough until becomes residue.
