摘要: 采用高能球磨法制備出了納米晶鎳粉,并利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)等分析檢測手段,研究了該納米晶鎳粉末的結構、形貌和相的變化。結果表明,鎳粉末平均粒度和晶粒度隨球磨時間增加不斷減小,而應變隨球磨時間增加不斷增大;當高能球磨54h后,球磨產物為FCC結構的鱗片狀多晶體,晶粒度為17nm左右,應變?yōu)?.48%,顆粒尺寸為150~200nm;球磨時間增加至98h,產物中出現(xiàn)非晶相,但仍以多晶為主,晶粒尺寸為7nm,應變?yōu)?.24%,粉末團聚嚴重。 The structure, morphology and phase change of nanocrystalline nickel powders prepared by high energy ball milling were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
