摘要： 針對國內(nèi)外炭素行業(yè)早期磨粉用球磨機及后來又開發(fā)的風(fēng)掃磨,即球磨機加風(fēng)選系統(tǒng)在運行中存在燥聲大,出粉率低,投資大等缺點,山東晨陽碳素股份有限公司經(jīng)多方考察6R梯形磨,在炭素生產(chǎn)中采用了梯形磨粉系統(tǒng)。本文介紹了該系統(tǒng)組成及特點、運行效果,以期對炭素行業(yè)有借鑒作用。 The early facility for mill dust production mostly was ball mill, then air classification ball mill, that is the ball mill with air classifier. For ball mill, not only the noise is big but also the productivity is low. In this article, the composition, characteristics and the operational effect of 6R trapezoid mill which was applied by Shandong Chenyang Carbon Stock Co. Ltd are introduced, which can provides a reference to the carbon societies.
