摘要： 為了提高系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)能,魯碧公司對其兩條礦渣粉磨生產(chǎn)線(φ3m×11m球磨機帶DST組合式選粉機組成的閉路粉磨與φ2.6m×11m球磨機帶高細(xì)內(nèi)選粉機開路粉磨)實施了串聯(lián)改造。串聯(lián)后兩臺磨總產(chǎn)量由34.5t/h提高到38t/h左右,出廠成品比表面積多數(shù)保持在400m2/kg以上,而且產(chǎn)品綜合電耗下降明顯,改造效果顯著。 To improve the system output, Lubi Company connected their two slag grinding systems in series, one was a closed circuit system composed by a 3 m×11 m ball mill with combined DST separator and the other was an open circuit system composed by a 2.6 m×11 m ball mill with finely graded internal separator.
